RICS Level 2 Home Survey
Gold Standard Surveys are able to offer the new RICS Level 2 Home Survey. This report is much improved over the old version and is suitable for modern and older traditional homes of conventional design.
A home is the most expensive purchase most people ever make. Whether you plan to live in it, rent it out or sell it, as an owner you will benefit from expert advice on the condition of your property that the RICS Level 2 Home Survey can provide.
Condition Rating Definition
The RICS Level 2 Home Survey uses a traffic light system that lets you to see at a glance the condition of the various parts of the building.
Not inspected
No repair is currently needed. The property must be maintained in the normal way
Defects that need repairing or replacing but are not considered to be either serious or urgent. The property must be maintained in the normal way
Defects which are serious and/or need to be repaired, replaced or investigated urgently

We understand that once you have found a property you like, you may need to come to a quick decision with regards to the purchase. At Gold Standard surveys we aim to complete all Homebuyer Reports within three days of the inspection. Reports are emailed to you as soon as they have been completed.

Once you have your Home Survey Report that is not the end. Should you wish to discuss the report the surveyor will be available on the phone to help you with any questions.
